Friends of the Feral TNR attempts to control overpopulation and improve the conditions of local feral cat colonies by locating said colonies, humanely trapping and transporting the cats to local and regional clinics to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies, and ear clipped (to identify as TNR’d) and thereafter, returning the cat to the colony. Friends of the feral TNR educates the public in feral cat issues, by giving them the tools and information to responsibly care for their feral cat colonies. The organization also works with other community based organizations to achieve its goal.
